About the Seminar:
Aims to equip landlords of commercial, industrial and residential properties with useful, practical tips on collecting rental from tenants and explaining the legal rights of both parties. Topic include:
- What matters should a landlord look out for before entering into a tenancy agreement?
- If the tenant fails to pay the rental in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreement, what are the legal options available to the landlord?
- Before exercising these legal options, what self-help actions can the landlord take?
- When the tenant does not fulfil its obligations, is the landlord required to continue fulfilling its obligations under the tenancy agreement?
